

Gov. John Hickenlooper and Colorado Water Conservation Board Director James Eklund release the state’s water plan on Dec. 10
On Dec. 10, the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) delivered to Governor Hickenlooper the draft of the state’s first water plan during a press conference at the Capitol.
